我校食品与生物工程系教师林真博士于2016年9月-2017年9月赴加拿大访学，期间完成的论文“Potential for Value-Added Utilization of Bamboo Shoot Processing Waste—Recommendations for a Biorefinery Approach”于2018年5月在“Food and Bioprocess Technology”刊物上发表。
该刊物为SCI收录刊物，影响因子IF=2.576，中科院分区为2区。实现了菠菜担保网在SCI收录刊物零的突破。为菠菜担保网争得了荣誉，也展示了菠菜担保网综合教学、科研水平。
